For a refined evening, dining at Galgorm Resort is a true celebration of flavour and artistry. We began with a light Amuse Bouche – fresh watermelon with lime and spiced salt – the perfect palate awakener before an unforgettable meal.

At the heart of the menu, dishes showcase the best of Irish produce with creative flair. Seared East Coast Irish Scallops arrived with creamed sweet corn, a coconut and lemongrass bisque and Dakin – a dish of excellent balance and remarkable flavour. Equally impressive was the Grange Farm Duck, served two ways with a spiced leg spring roll, hoisin ketchup and spiced cucumber. Cooked to perfection, it offered a subtle Asian influence that paired beautifully with a glass of Rioja recommended by the attentive staff.

Dessert continued the indulgence with a trio of homemade ice creams – vanilla, coconut and a refreshing raspberry sorbet – each made in-house with care and precision. For those with a taste for something more, the cheese offering was complemented by a port recommendation, highlighting the thoughtful attention given to wine pairings throughout the meal.

Breakfast at Galgorm is an experience of its own. Guests can enjoy a plentiful buffet in the main restaurant, complete with juices, cereals, fruits, yogurts, breads and hot food prepared fresh by the resident chef. Alternatively, the Conservatory offers a more relaxed start to the day, with table service and an extensive à la carte menu, each dish crafted from quality Irish ingredients.
