Timmy Dooley T.D., Minister of State at the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine, unveiled the initiative at an exclusive lunch held at Botanist Restaurant. The event, held in partnership with Tourism Ireland, also welcomed Cathy Geagan, Consul General of Ireland to Western Canada, among other distinguished guests.
