Serves

2-4 People

Ingredients

  • 3 medium carrots diced or sliced
  • 1 medium onion finely diced
  • 4 stalks celery diced
  • 1 medium potato peeled & diced/sliced
  • 2 mugs water
  • 1kg mince meat: lamb / beef / turkey
  • Dash of soya sauce
  • Rapeseed oil
  • 1 jar of Janet’s Just Delicious Basil & Roast Garlic Pasta Sauce

Method

Heat the oven to 170 degrees.

In a large casserole pot, sweat the diced onion in a little rapeseed oil.

Then add the mincemeat and lightly brown it for 5 minutes.

Then add in all the other ingredients and stir .

Put the lid on the casserole pot and place in the heated oven.

Cook for 1 hour & 15 minutes.

Serve with crusty baguette or warmed nan bread.
