Ingredients
- 3 medium carrots diced or sliced
- 1 medium onion finely diced
- 4 stalks celery diced
- 1 medium potato peeled & diced/sliced
- 2 mugs water
- 1kg mince meat: lamb / beef / turkey
- Dash of soya sauce
- Rapeseed oil
- 1 jar of Janet’s Just Delicious Basil & Roast Garlic Pasta Sauce
Method
Heat the oven to 170 degrees.
In a large casserole pot, sweat the diced onion in a little rapeseed oil.
Then add the mincemeat and lightly brown it for 5 minutes.
Then add in all the other ingredients and stir .
Put the lid on the casserole pot and place in the heated oven.
Cook for 1 hour & 15 minutes.
Serve with crusty baguette or warmed nan bread.
