Overview

Lily & Wild is a family-owned Irish hospitality business founded by Kevin and Davina Walsh, with over 25 years’ experience across catering, events and restaurant operations in County Kildare. The business has been shaped by hands-on experience, high standards and a practical understanding of what keeps guests returning: consistency, quality and genuine welcome. The restaurants are located in Newbridge, Naas and Kildare, and while the settings may differ, the approach remains the same, ingredient-led menus, confident cooking and attentive service delivered without fuss.   Lily & Wild work closely with I Read More

Dining

The dining philosophy of Lily & Wild centres on fresh, local, seasonal ingredients and contemporary comfort cooking.

The Newbridge menu is designed for daytime dining and has plenty to choose from and also includes a variety of breakfasts served all day. A separate specials board with an omelette, a vegetarian dish and the pasta of the day and desert of the day are also offered.

Our Newbridge Head Chef Hadi, who is originally from Lebanon, brings a vibrant culinary perspective shaped by the rich food culture of the Eastern Mediterranean, where hospitality, generosity and bold flavours are at the heart of every dish. Drawing on his Lebanese heritage, Hadi’s style blends the warmth and depth of Middle Eastern cooking with modern techniques and the exceptional ingredients from trusted Irish farmers and artisan producers.

The menu reflects the Lebanese background of the chef as well as the seasonality of the ingredients in all the dishes on the menu.

Seafood lovers are drawn to the chorizo pil-pil prawns, featuring Atlantic prawns marinated with chilli, garlic and ginger and served with homemade flatbread – a dish that brings warmth and Mediterranean flair to the table.

For something lighter yet satisfying, the Lily & Wild panini – a folded flatbread filled with prosciutto, burrata and peppery rocket – showcases the kitchen’s emphasis on quality Irish ingredients and balanced flavours.

Scones were freshly baked that morning.

The selection of beverages include teas, tea infusions and specially blended Lily and Wild coffee as well as wines and local minerals. Fresh juices come from Irish producers and they also offer local organic Kombucha in a range of flavours.

The dining room has a warm, sociable buzz and is filled with friends catching up and families enjoying relaxed meals. Service is friendly and attentive and professional, reflecting the hospitality and ethos behind the Lily & Wild brand.

Staff are knowledgeable and welcoming, which helps to create a dining experience that makes the customer feel both well-cared for and relaxed.
