This time we have chosen The Conrad Hotel from our Dublin Collection, in the heart of the city and within walking distance of many cultural attractions, idyllic parks and secret gardens. Today you will enjoy a decadent Afternoon Tea in Lemuel’s destination Lounge Bar, inspired with the magic of Dublin writer Jonathan Swift’s famous Gulliver’s Travels before checking in to your luxurious Kings Deluxe Room. All mod cons are more than catered for with Nespresso machine, mineral water, bathrobes and slippers in these newly refurbished rooms featuring bespoke Irish artwork. In the evening make your way to The Coburg Restaurant where you will enjoy a glass of complimentary champagne at the champagne table – the focal point for The Coburg before meeting the Executive Chef who will present the evenings menu which features ingredients like Castletownbere Crab, Galway Oysters, Wicklow Lamb, Wexford Rose Veal, Irish dry aged beef and Irish organic chicken as a starting point. From here, Irish artisan produce fills in the gaps, creating a modern cuisine with its’ roots very much in the food of Ireland, while its’ branches spread to include some classics and international influences. Desserts are made in-house and a fine cheeseboard showcases the best of Irish cheeses with homemade relish and crackers.  We suggest you pop into Alfie Byrne’s by Galway Bay Brewery where you can choose from 33 craft beers on draught, all made within the USA and Ireland and produced on a small scale to ensure authenticity, along with more than 30 USA and Irish whiskeys!
