To Celebrate Good Food Ireland At BLOOM 2017 we have put together some fabulous Good Food Ireland Experiences for you to WIN!

With Good Food Ireland you can be assured of winning a great bespoke food experience. This time we have chosen The Granville Hotel from our Waterford Collection, in the heart of the city overlooking the waterfront and marina. It is ideally located to explore the Waterford Greenway a new spectacular trail along an old railway line between Waterford and Dungarvan. You will stay in a Penthouse Room in this historic hotel, renowned for it’s warmth of character and good local food. On arrival you will be welcomed by General Manager Richard Hurley and enjoy a signature craft gin cocktail flavoured with herbs from the hotel’s own rooftop herb garden. Relax in your room, uniquely styled with elegant antiques and luxury furnishing, before dinner in the hotel’s Bianconi Restaurant. But first head to the bar for an Irish Whiskey Tasting. You will even get your own Whiskey Tasting Certificate. Afterwards in the restaurant you will be met by Executive Chef Stephen Hooper who will present the evenings menu, full of fresh local produce and hear how the local area has influenced his cooking style. On awakening a hearty breakfast awaits with lots of Waterford specialities, to set you up for your morning along Waterford’s Greenway. Favourites include the Waterford Blaa and Waterford’s Flahavan’s Porridge with a dash of local Muldoon Whiskey and Cream. Before leaving you will be provided with a picnic lunch full of the best local food.
