Starting this coming Thursday, The West Waterford Food Festival  in Dungarvan, features all that is good in food in this prolific region. Needless to say, this is an area with many Good Food Ireland members, and some of them will be taking part in the festival programme from 10th – 13th April. Non other than the inimitable Louise Clarke, of Nude Food, is hosting an extra special evening in association with Highbank Orchards. Louise’s lovely cafe in Dungarvan will see orchard inspired dishes on the menu, and a chance to meet the producers who will talk about their work. Louise is the hostess with the mostest and we can assure you of a very lively and entertaining evening all round, not to mention some great food knocked up by herself and her team.
