Papas specialises in traditional soft drinks and cordials that echo the tastes of the past – warming, aromatic and unmistakably comforting.

The range has grown from its original ginger wine into a collection of heritage-inspired drinks. These nostalgic drinks reconnect people with flavours they remember from childhood.

There is a Papas drink for every time of the year and every moment at home and a range of 9 flavours are available. Enjoy them hot, chilled, diluted with sparkling water, or as a base for cocktails – versatility is part of the enduring charm. Produced without artificial flavours, colours or sweeteners, Papa’s cordials reflect growing demand for authentic, traceable and handcrafted beverages.

From weekend markets in Belfast to farm shops, delis and homes across Ireland, Papas Mineral Company remains a proud local producer with a loyal following. At its heart, Papas is still about sharing familiar flavours, comforting rituals and the pleasure of raising a glass to tradition.

Longbridge Drinks Company makes carbonated mixers and sodas, all by hand. Ginger ale was invented in Belfast in the late 1800’s and to honour that heritage created a Belfast Ginger Ale. There is a full range of 200ml mixers and more recently created and introduced 11 new flavours under the 330ml soda range, including Belfast Root Beer, Belfast Coffee Cola and Belfast Pineapple Soda. All handmade and finished by hand.
