Our Organic Salmon

Ummera has been smoking salmon for nearly half a century, initially using Wild Atlantic Salmon, but for the last twenty years, they have been smoking organically grown Atlantic Salmon, grown in the pristine waters of the west coast of Ireland.

Our smoked salmon has received accolades from around the world and has received Gold awards at the Great Taste Awards over the years.

This delicious salmon is a superior Irish product that you will not find on your average supermarket shelf, much of the Salmon available in Ireland is actually imported and smoked in Ireland. Our salmon is 100% locally produced and smoked in Ireland, so you will be supporting true local provenance.
