Damian brings 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry to the Grand Central Hotel. Damian is also a part-time lecturer in Professional Cookery and has an Advanced Diploma in Culinary Arts. Damian is responsible for leading the Irish food experience in the hotel’s three restaurants.
