Wilde’s is the fine-dining jewel of The Lodge, where classical cooking meets local sourcing. Under the direction of Executive Chef Jonathan Keane, menus celebrate the finest Irish produce – from native beef and lamb to fresh seafood from Galway Bay and the Connemara coastline.
