We have turned the corner and are rounding into late spring and early summer. This year, Easter falls on Sunday 20th April. Easter Eggs and other seasonal chocolate goodies have been in the shops since early February in some places. Our artisan chocolatiers are in full production, making handcrafted Easter eggs and moulded chocolate works of art. In the meantime, you can have a go at your own handmade chocolates in advance of Easter Sunday. These Irish Whiskey Chocolate Truffles were created by the chefs in the kitchens at Brooks Hotel in Dublin. Made from the finest ingredients and rolled by hand, they make a super little home made gift for a special person this Easter.
