Julie Dupouy Best Sommelier Ireland 2009 & 2012

Julie was born in the South West of France into a family where cooking and sharing meals is common place. Her first significant memory of wine is her Grandad opening a special bottle of wine from the year of her birth. She decided to start reading about wine and to try to understand it better. A few months later, she told her parents that she wanted to become a sommelier.
