Paul Grealish has his finger on the gourmet’s pulse, as always,  at The Malt House Restaurant in Galway City. A feeling for what customers want and need is never far from this man’s acute intuition – honed by years of hospitality expertise! To celebrate the month of June, he informs us with much enthusiasm that Galway visitors can expect a fine feast at this sassy restaurant linked to the King’s Head Pub in the busy buzzy city centre. The Malt House food is based on local produce, searched for and researched thoroughly by Paul and his two chefs. Together the trio donned the wellies to traipse land and field and farm and seashore, in order to make sure diners always get a fresh taste of the region. Now it’s available at a very special price for the height of summer. Early Bird Specials include some stunning evening main courses at just €14.00 a plate for the coming month.
