His dishes included a beautiful potato cake layered with Ballycotton Smoked Salmon and Ardsallagh Goat’s Cheese, a tasty starter dish. The main was a lesson in shellfish – hand dived Whiddy Island Scallops in their shells, removed expertly by Pat then pan fried and served with Jack McCarthy’s smoked pork. That’s a taste of what you can expect if you win this voucher.
