Friday Night Project at Brabazon Tankardstown House


Course Tasting Menu & Drinks Reception 
 
On the 3rd Friday night of each month in Brabazon Restaurant at Tankardstown House, Head Chef Rob Krawczyk  Champions a local food producers using their products in one or two courses of a 5 Course Tasting Menu. 
 
Friday 26th June will see local Good Food Ireland producer Michael Finnegan of Boyne Valley Blue Cheese & a local Cider producer as the focal point for the evening.
 
The evening will commence at 7pm with a Cider reception on the terrace of Brabazon, weather permitting.  
 
Rob and the team will create a 5 course tasting menu, which will include both the Cheese and the Cider, whilst basing the menu strongly on our other local producer, the Walled Kitchen Garden here on the Estate at Tankardstown.
 
This will be an evening where guests will not be presented with a Menu, but each carefully crafted dish will be served and explained in detail by our Front of House Manager Derek Moloney and his team. 
 
Both Mark of Cockagee and Michael of Boyne Valley Blue Cheese will be in attendance on the evening and will give a brief introduction to their products.
