Get Ready For A Food Experience | From Foraging to Fine Dining

We bring you our unique and inspiring food and drink experience, find out why you should try them out.

As we are always saying at Good Food Ireland, hot trends come and go!  But one thing that never goes out of fashion, is the pure enjoyment of discovering a real experience that stays forever in the mind. That exciting chance we all crave, to take ourselves into a new world far away from our everyday life.

When we spend time amid the culture of a different place, we seek to become part of where we are. We hope to immerse ourselves in the very fabric of our destination. To see that place through its culture, history, heritage and food. As we set off on our journey, we look forward to indulging all our senses on an adventure which will stay with us long after we return home. If we are going to spend good money going away somewhere, we want the lot and then some!

Knowing our foodie followers are a pretty discerning crew when it comes to enjoying once in a lifetime travel opportunities. Then you will eat it, of course!

You’ll be in the lap of luxury at Mount Juliet House and estate, a destination which combines decadence, opulence, history, gourmet feasting and spa relaxation. You’ll enjoy exploring Kilkenny city and dining on the finest Italian food made with the best Irish produce. In rural Kilkenny you’ll visit Highbank Organic Orchards and farm, to meet Rod and Julie Calder-Potts, organic apple growers and producers of finest apple juices, apple syrup and artisan distilled spirits.

Northern Ireland’s Causeway Coast is the spot for our unforgettable Gastronomic Experience. Combining some of our finest culinary accommodations at Newforge House, Culloden Estate and Spa and Bushmills Inn, with opportunities for bespoke producer visits, specialist tastings and fine dining. This trip brings a beautiful and diverse region to life through its gourmet reputation. Sightseeing includes the magnificence of the breath-taking Giant’s Causeway. And just so you get to chill out thoroughly, we’ve even organised a massage in the elegant spa during your stay at Culloden.
