Too many cooks spoil the broth? Not in Ballymaloe House, East Cork. The team have gathered the finest in food and wine writers, cooks and experts for the second Ballymaloe Literary Festival taking place May 16th-18th. What a line up. Yotam Ottolenghi, Diana Kennedy, Tom Parker-Bowles, Simon Hopkinson, Rowley Leigh and Joanna Blythman are just some of the international names being bandied around as part of this mega programme of talks, cookery demos and events, during the LitFest weekend. Also there to bring a taste of home,  Darina Allen, Rory O’Connell, brother of Darina, Rachel Allen, Ross Lewis, Donal Skehan, John and Sally McKenna, and Caroline Hennessy, wowing the crowds.
