The menu was tried out on Irish farmers, in a private dinner at the restaurant on September 1st. The men who work the land took a break from a busy harvest period,  to enjoy eleven delicious courses created from the produce of over a dozen Irish organic farms. So tasty and successful was this event, the clever people at Strawberry Tree decided to run the menu in the restaurant each night till October 6th!
