Two of Good Food Ireland’s top fish restaurants are taking part this month in the Midsummer Lobster Madness Sale in Kinsale, West Cork. Long standing pub and seafood restaurant Jim Edwards, and Martin Shanahan’s Fishy Fishy Cafe, are part of the harbour town’s Good Food Circle, a group of restaurants serving up whole fresh locally caught lobsters at just €20 per person, on Sunday 21st June.
