This Pancake Tuesday Brooks Hotel will be serving pancakes to satisfy sweet and savoury, adventurous and traditional tastes. The team will be serving up three delicious pancake options for diners throughout the day.
The influence of the award winning Jasmine Whiskey Bar at Brooks can be found in the whiskey pancake which incorporates a chocolate sauce infused with Teelings Irish Whiskey with a light crepe style pancake. This indulgent option is every chocolate lovers dream!
A distinctively delectable savoury pancake with Smoked Salmon and Crème Fraîche will be served also. This year Head Chef Pat McLarnon has opted for the exquisite Burren Smokehouse organic cold Salmon with Seaweed. Pat says that the use of the seaweed ‘…adds something really special and a slightly sweet note which you wouldn’t expect.’ This pancake is perfect for the foodies or for guests who want something different this Pancake Tuesday.
For more traditional diners, Brooks is also offering the classic pancake option, featuring a lemon and sugar topping. This traditional pancake offer will undoubtedly be served with McLarnon’s flair for stylish and decadent food. Brooks Hotel will be serving pancakes from 8am to 9pm.
