Paul Flynn, chef and owner of The Tannery Restaurant, Cookery School and Guesthouse, Dungarvan, Co. Waterford is renowned throughout Ireland for his cooking of modern Irish Food. Beginning his career in the late 1980s with Nico Ladenis in London, Paul returned to Ireland in 1993 to put his own stamp on the Irish cookery scene. Highly recognised through his televised appearances, Paul shares his vast cookery knoweldge and experience with the Irish public through his numerous cooking shows appearing on RTE television.
