There’s nothing better than being able to make your own food from scratch. In this cold weather and to make good traditional Irish food, there’s nothing like knowing how to make your own warming soups, nourishing stocks and delicious sauces.
In this course Granny Griffin and Head Chef Raphael Delage of The Spinning Wheel Restaurant at Griffin’s Garden Centre will teach you how to enrich your meals with the perfect combination of flavours. Not only will you leave with some wonderful recipes, but the confidence to whip up your own stocks, soups and sauces.
Be sure to book in advance as places are limited. The demonstration begins at 11am and finishes at noon on Saturday.
