We all know fish is a great thing to be eating, especially when we live on an island surrounded by some of the best seafood imaginable. This course is dedicated to showing you how to make the best of this fresh produce that is literally right on your doorstep.
Granny Griffin and Head Chef Raphael Delage of The Spinning Wheel Restaurant at Griffin’s Garden Centre are here to teach you the skills of filleting & cooking fish. You will leave with new recipes and among them will be Granny Griffin’s favourite dish to accompany a seafood menu.
Make sure you book your place as attendance is limited. The course runs from 11am to 12pm on Saturday morning.
