The world of wine has been brought in style to customers in Dublin for 15 years. That was when Erik and Michelle Robson opened the first Ely Wine Bar. Through the introduction of wines by the glass, customers have been encouraged to be experimental, which has in turn brought an educational element to the wine tasting experience. Ely’s original wine bar has been joined by two other establishments in Dublin – Ely Bar and Brasserie and Ely Gastro Bar.  All serve great local food,  with meat sourced from the family farm in Clare. All three venues have just picked up the first, second and third positions from Best Wine Bars Ireland 2015.
