We all llove a little treat on a Friday. We’ve got the very thing. A smashing chocolate pudding recipe from Lynda Booth, of the Dublin Cookery School. Clara’s Chocolate Pots are from Lynda’s acclaimed cookery book, ‘From Lynda’s Table’, published last year. The book has now been shortlisted for the World Cook Book awards in May 2014. Very good going for one of our most prolific and enthusiastic cookery teacher members! So – here as promised is a recipe from the book – to give you  a taste of what the pages contain.
