Spring, Paddy’s Day and Easter Breaks at The Heron’s Rest Paddy’s Weekend is almost upon us and it’s the perfect time of year to escape Galway and immerse yourself in a city that bustles with craic. Other temptations will include baked eggs, roasted field mushrooms, pearl barley porridge and apple syrup poured over buckwheat pancaked. We can almost taste it, just writing about it!
