Let the festive atmosphere envelop you as you are welcomed to Hayfield Manor with our festive Afternoon Tea.  Spend a leisurely afternoon discovering your Christmas retreat, perhaps while wrapping last minute gifts for your loved ones, decorating your tree or catching up with family and friends.  As evening draws in, soak up the cheerful atmosphere while being serenaded with heart warming carols from our local choir.  Your evening celebration commences with a Mulled Wine Reception followed by festive meal in the relaxed atmosphere of Perrotts Garden Bistro. Following evening ceremonies or as a nightcap, enjoy warming mulled wine in front of an open fire before returning to your Manor Room.

 

Christmas Day begins with Hayfield Manor’s famous Irish breakfast. Spend the morning relaxing in your room or find a cosy corner in one of our resident's lounges where you can relax and unwind.  Christmas celebrations commence in earnest with a champagne toast which precedes our Traditional Christmas Lunch. As the day advances, excitement grows as we await the appearance of Santa Claus who surprises our junior guests with a carefully selected gift for each one. The evening culminates with a light buffet supper, thereafter relax by the fire with family and new found friends, or retire to the peace and luxury of your room for the final hours of Christmas night. 

 

St Stephen's Day begins with a leisurely breakfast. Take the remainder of the day to prepare your vocal chords for the exciting Sing-Along in The Manor Bar. Hot whiskeys and ports will be at hand for those courageous enough to take centre stage for a sing song. Afterwards indulge in a four course evening meal in Perrotts Garden Bistro. When bedtime beckons, slip away for a peaceful last night’s slumber in your luxurious room.
