The annual Dine in Dublin week  runs from 23rd February to 1st March.  It’s a week where those who love eating out in the Capital can enjoy great value dining in some of the best restaurants in town.  Conrad Dublin is a participant this year.  And the kitchen team, headed by dynamic young Executive Chef Dmitry Stroykov, has pushed the boat out in devising a stunning seven course dinner tasting menu specially for the event.  Served  all week from 7.30pm to 9pm in the smart chic Alex Restaurant, which is set down a few steps to the rear of the lobby area of the hotel. The menu is an eclectic mix of internationally inspired dishes, dominated by fresh Irish produce presented exquisitely. Dmitry is certainly a chef to watch this year!
