This proud honour goes to Highbank Orchard, who are launching the new distillery in conjunction with the Highbank Christmas Food and Craft Fair on the weekend of 13th and 14th December. Thirty food and craft stall holders will also be present, for Christmas shopping ideas. Hot and cold Food, hot apple juice, Glasrai & Goodies hampers and toys all on sale. The first bottles will be on sale over the weekend. Don’t miss out – Highbank Orchard Spirit is the perfect accompaniment to the Christmas Pudding or a hot mince pie! Also look out for Highbank’s range of ciders and the amazing Highbank Orchard Syrup, a concentrated apple syrup to use on anything from morning porridge to crepes and ice cream – also a fantastic accompaniment on crackers with good cheese!
