- 50ml Jackford Potato Gin
- 15ml Dry Vermouth
Method
Chill glass with ice & 5ml of Vermouth. Add remaining Vermouth & Gin to a mixing jar and stir.
Discard contents of glass, fine strain. Garnish with Olive/Lemon twist.
