Ingredients
A playful, refreshing drink with strong visual appeal
- Longbbridge Drinks Company Lavender Soda
- Longbbridge Drinks Company Raspberry and Rose Soda
- 5 fresh strawberries, sliced
- 5 fresh raspberries
- Glastry Farm Strawberry Ice Cream
- Glastry Farm Raspberry Ice Cream
- 2x The Mallow Makers Raspberry & White Chocolate Jumbo Mallows
Method
- Pour Lavender Soda halfway up one tall glass and Raspberry & Rose Soda halfway up another.
- Add sliced strawberries to the lavender soda and raspberries to the raspberry soda.
- Add a scoop of strawberry ice cream to the lavender soda and raspberry ice cream to the raspberry soda.
- Top with additional fruit and sliced marshmallows.
- Serve immediately with straws and long spoons.
