Ingredients

 

  • Fillet of Hake
  • Carrot
  • Onion
  • Courgette
  • Broccoli
  • Red Pepper
  • Celery

Teriyaki sauce

  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup sherry
  • 1 cup stock syrup
  • 3 cups water
  • Cornflour.

Method

 

Chop a medley of vegetables.

Make Teriyaki sauce by mixing the soy sauce, sherry, stock syrup & water. Heat & thicken with cornflour

Sear Fillet of Hake in a hot pan with little rapeseed oil. Season and cover lightly with foil.

Heat wok to smokey haze with little rapeseed oil. Add vegetables and cook quickly
Drizzle Teriyaki sauce over.

Plate and sit fish on top. Garnish and enjoy.
