- 20ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 15ml Sugar Syrup
- 10ml Egg Whites
- 5 Raspberries
Method
Place all ingredients in a shaker, muddle dry shake, hard shake, fine strain.
Serve in a coupe or martini glass to your loved one!
