Ingredients

  • 40ml Jackford Irish Potato Gin
  • 20ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 15ml Sugar Syrup
  • 10ml Egg Whites
  • 5 Raspberries

Method

Place all ingredients in a shaker, muddle dry shake, hard shake, fine strain.

Serve in a coupe or martini glass to your loved one!
