It’s all happening in February in the Good Food Ireland membership! There are events galore to welcome the spring season. There are workshops, masterclasses, cookery demos, and special offers to take advantage of throughout the month. Not to mention some delightful Valentine Escapes and a feast for Pancake Tuesday.

COOKERY CLASSES, DEMOS AND MASTERCLASSES
The Queen of Italian cooking is set to wow in February. TV celebrity chef and cookbook author Catherine Fulvio, of Ballyknocken House and CookerySchool, is in residence at Renvyle House in Co. Galway, for a Five Course Italian Banquet and Cook with Catherine Fulvio Weekend at the end of this month. We want to go!
Granny Griffin is in action at The Spinning Wheel Cafe at Griffin’s Garden Centre throughout February. Take part in a Seafood Masterclass, Savvy Stocks, Soups and Sauces demo, or a Baking Masterclass – which will be quite something from the lady who currently holds the title of baker of Ireland’s best scones in 2015.
Dublin Cookery School Presents Cooking with Friends, a class which will help you get to know one end of a kitchen from the other and knock up a fine feast to impress your buddies while you’re at it. Lynda Booth and her enthusiastic team make it look and feel easy.

In Dublin, Nikki Walsh is rocking it with her Three Course Dinner Party demo at her home kitchen cookery school. Expect chic and style from one of the capital’s most funky cooks.
