Ingredients
- 100 g chocolate drops (Check out our Good Food Ireland Chocolate Producers)
- 100 g single whipping cream
- 1 vanilla pod
Method
- Split the vanilla pod in half and scoop out the seeds and add to the cream.
- Bring Cream to a boil.
- Add cream to chocolate and mix.
- Refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
