Ingredients

 

  • 100 g chocolate drops (Check out our Good Food Ireland Chocolate Producers)
  • 100 g single whipping cream
  • 1 vanilla pod

Method

 

  1. Split the vanilla pod in half and scoop out the seeds and add to the cream.
  2. Bring Cream to a boil.
  3. Add cream to chocolate and mix.
  4. Refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
