While creating favourite chocolate treats, Frank relishes a challenge and is happy to create bespoke chocolates for customers. He creates small batches of varying chocolate types and flavours, along with loving the opportunity to get his creative juices flowing with some beautifully designed chocolates.

Patricia Farrell and her team are merry little workers, beavering away in a tiny chocolate production house in rural County Clare, weaving the most wonderful magic with the dark stuff…and the milk…and the white…

A superb little shop on site means you can see Wilde’s wonderful chocolates being made while you choose your Valentine gift. Or better still, take your loved one with you and let them choose their own favourite flavour for the night of love. 

They may even offer to share it with you later on. Things may get a little wild with the help of Wilde’s… and why not?!

The Chocolate Garden of Ireland

In Tullow, in rural Co. Carlow, close to the border of southwest Wicklow, Jim and Mary Healy own a chocoholics paradise! A beautiful chocolate boutique and cafe which elegantly shows off its wares.

Their production facility right here on-site brings Charlie and the Chocolate Factory to life. A great place to visit if you’re in the area on Valentine’s Day.
